icon question

Well i just updated to 3.30 OC-A and i installed a black 32 xmb pack (didnt install topmenu_plugin.rco) and i think its cool apart from the fact that every secondery icon (Theme, Photo Web Browser...) is just a white square! I think it was because i installed the photo loading icons and game loading icons. If so could someone send me the originals plz? Because it is pretty annoying.

And also when i start my games all i get is a friken white screen then the game comes on GRR
