New with PSP emulation, need help

Upgrade to 3.30OE-A. Theres a few guides on how to do this, just look around ;)

Ok, this is going to sound complicated, but what you need to do is upgrade to 3.03, downgrade to 1.50 and upgrade to 3.30 oe-a. You need an unpatched copy of gta:lcs to downgrade. Do you have one?

I'll try to get LCS from a friend tomorrow, I know someone who has it, if he hasn't traded it in yet. How will I be able to tell if it's patched/unpatched?

If it comes with the 2.00 update then it's unpatched. If it comes with 2.60 then it's patched.
They started distributed patched copies around July last year.
