http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2013/07/galaxy-tab-3-fcc-att_620x340.jpgOkay folks, here's what we know... the FCC recently certified a compact tablet from Samsung that offers full support for AT&T-flavored LTE, and from all appearances, it could very well be the 7-inch Galaxy Tab 3 (http://www.engadget.com/2013/04/29/samsung-galaxy-tab-3-announced-may-release-date/). Most tellingly, the SM-T217A measures 186 x 110mm, which is a near-perfect match (http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/09/samsung-galaxy-tab-3-fcc/) for the WiFi-only slate that strutted through the FCC this past May. This time around, the tablet supports LTE Bands 2, 4, 5 and 17, UMTS (3G) connectivity over the 850 / 1900MHz bands, along with dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth LE. Regardless of the product's ultimate name, it seems the Galaxy Note 8.0 (http://www.engadget.com/2013/06/18/att-samsung-galaxy-note-8-release/) will soon find a smaller sibling at AT&T. Just don't confuse it for the upcomingGalaxy Mega 6.3 (http://www.engadget.com/2013/06/19/samsung-galaxy-mega-6-3-revisits-the-fcc-with-att-native-lte/).
