I'm not sure what the deal is, but I have this same exact video on my computer, just without the lame music and text subtitles... But whatever. Last time I checked, it's just the video for installing PSP TV, and it would seem someone just threw on that stuff as extra.

I tired to do that to my first PSP, install the PSP2TV stuff...I stripped one of the first six screws, trying to get it out, and it all went downhill from there...eventually the thing was rendered unplayable. My motto since then has been "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." :(
