You know when you download something on your PSP you get to choose from a list of folders is there a program you can actually choose the folder your downloading to instead of chooing from the list?

there are file mangers I think. so you could download it somewere then move it maybe.
the list I think is in the browser so that can't be changed.
Or have I misunderstood the question?

PSP filer and IRshell both allow you to move files about on your PSP. IRshell has a nicer GUI but PSP filer is easier to install.
There was also a homebrew a while ago that allowed you to change the destinations (not on the fly though) but I don't recall the name, sorry.

yep, its an irshell plugin, but also has a standalone version
