Try ebay or a game rental store. Some sellers will state if their copy is the original unpatched version on ebay, and you can always bring your psp to a rental place and ask to quickly test their copy to make sure it is unpatched.

umm i wouldgo with the rental place, because ebay sell a unpatched copy of the game for $100

$100? That's about £50, rather steep a price for a PSP game.
