PSP Video-Recorder?

Is there a video recorder that records what is going on in the PSP screen?

I would like a video format like
MPEG, AVI, etc...

I don't think so. Unless your using cheat device for GTA.

GTA cheat device lets you do cool stuff in GTA LCS and VCS with a bunch of cheats and screenshots, etc.

Errm yea there is an seplugin around somwere, i have it on my PSP and its called "capture" google it! btw i think its for devhook anyways!

there is no video capture as far as i know. Only something that takes several rapid screenshots so it looks like a vid. But i doubt it can record for long.
