2001: Microsoft announces a partnership with Taco Bell to promote the upcoming Xbox console. In retrospect, it was less a strategic decision than person preference. Because Bill Gates loves him some chalupa.
2004: Capcom releases Mega Man Zero 3 for GBA in the US. I enjoy Mega Man games as much as the next guy, but when sequels are getting stacked on top numbers it's time to reassess the series—or at least the marketing department.
