Take-Two is seeking to gain control of the GTAV.com domain name, which is currently registered to a Spanish resident and listed as for sale (http://whois.domaintools.com/gtav.com).
Fusible (http://fusible.com/2013/08/take-two-goes-after-gtav-com-domain-name-files-dispute-with-wipo/) reports that Take-Two has filed a complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in a bid to take control of GTAV.com.

This year alone, Take-Two has reportedly filed more than two dozen disputes over fake beta websites like gta5betacode.com, with the WIPO ruling in the publisher's favour on each occasion.
In July, Rockstar released a new GTA 5 gameplay trailer (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/418292/gta-v-gameplay-footage-revealed/) featuring almost five minutes of fresh footage.
CVG followed up its release with an in-depth analysis of the video (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/418348/blog/gta-5-oclock-gameplay-trailer-analysed/) and an exclusive GTA 5 interview (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/418497/blog/gta-5-oclock-rockstar-reveals-new-info-in-our-interview-special/) with lead mission designer Imran Sarwar.
Rockstar has confirmed a US and European GTA 5 release date (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/388902/grand-theft-auto-5-release-date-delayed-to-september-17/) of September 17 on Xbox 360 and PS3. The game will launch in Japan on October 10 (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/419205/gta-5-new-details-japanese-release-date-confirmed/).
