With the governmental go-ahead, the DISA's building out an infrastructure to support 10,000 Q10 (http://www.engadget.com/2013/04/23/blackberry-q10-review/) and Z10 (http://www.engadget.com/2013/01/30/blackberry-z10-review/) handsets by fall -- a number expected to triple by year's end.
