Ok i dun know if this is the right place to put it but i have a nintendo ds old style which turns on and goes off, the top screen does not go on but before we opened it the bottem screen would flash on and off when you turned on the ds
i found a site that stated that this problem is cause there was a wide ribbon cable and another and you had to put it on top we were lost supposevely both lcds gotta work for it not to shut off and on

so we reclosed the ds and now the bottem screen doesn't light up but the on light goes on and a small speaker sound can be heard if anyone can help me fix the ds or point me to a guide cause i've been searching and searching with no avail i am just looking to repair this ds if possible at all instead of wasting cash any advice or help?
