can I use black32 xmb on 3.40oe?

Hey :)

Damn... my psp badly needs a change. And I'm having serious difficulty finding what xmb themes will work on my psp and what won't. I'm firmware 3.40oe.

Specifically looking at the black 32, cos of it's cool wave effects. If I can't get this, can anyone recommend a *really* sweet one :D

I found the black32 for 3.40 OE, but some of the icons are missing, and the background is really low res. I recommend the red+black theme though.
