Has anyone gotten Do Donpachi to work?

I have Donpachi, Raiden Project and R-type Delta working, but Do Donpachi won't work. I see my custom icon and background, but the game will not load. I get the error code message. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

BTW, this is for Popstation games...I am using 3.10 OE.
