Sony announced a number of new games that will be released as budget priced PSP the Best titles on June 28. 2007.

World Soccer Winning Eleven 10 Ubiquitous Evolution

All of the value priced games come with a yellow banner over them, but that’s not so bad since you can pick up Rurouni Kenshin or Super Robot Taisen MX Portable for 2,800 yen ($23).
