New GMDL

I noticed that there is an update to GMDL. I opened it and it alerted me to the update. I downloaded it and curiously the version number is lower than the previous. Whats up with that?

In7ane: Is this a new version of the program? If so, what changes have you implemented. Also, will it be possible to not select the 1x zoom level? I've been trying to make a map of FL, USA and the state is pretty large. I was thinking that I might be able to pull off making the map if the closest zoom level was 2x or 4x. Thanks for your time.

That's the build number (a random number so that I can track versions) - 0.4.16b is the significant version part. It's minor changes from the previous version though.
