Setting up SDL or Allegro with cygwin.

Yes. Like the title says. How can i set up SDL with gygwin? I have started to code a homebrew game for
psp and now i need to get SDL.
Can some1 please tell me, how can i do it?

And even better, if some1 knows how to set up allegro with cygwin, (i'm very familiar with it) i would be very thankful!

P.S Sorry if my english is bad. I'm only 14 years old :p

SDL for the PC or PSP?
If for the PC, you can go the SDL's website and download the library files there. For the PSP, you download the source from SVN, follow the instructions in the readme files and compile the libraries.
