Buy a plug converter or use a ps2 power cord. The power adapter already accepts 100v-240v input. So it accepts pal power source.

yep, you can use any lead before the adaptor. its multi voltage 100V-240V

Yes it is, you will find that most of us on here have done that, any figure 8 shape plug will do.

Yes its fine to use the PS2 cord. Im using no problem :)

i bought from lik-sang. Version 1.0 / free power adapter, good on their part and speedy.
Althought i got hit £60 from ruddy uk customs

Just chop off the Japanese plug and replace it with a UK plug, so much easier!

Should be OK to charge and use but it takes a little longer, most electronics firms would recommend a longer charge first time round so just add a couple of hours on to what it says in the manual. I just plugged mine in to the mains and ran from there, then put the Batt in and charged overnight. No problems with life so far and I've been using it a lot since beginning of April.
