I changed the ID on my RE2 and 3 Eboots but there is no sound for voices. Is this a common problem? If it is , is there a fix known for this?

You are on 3.40 OE-A? I had similar problem with Dino Crisis, using Popsloader loaded with pops 3.11 fixed it.
