Ok, so I used the readme file that came with the mps to pmf converter on how to create a gameboot. I created my .avi file, did everything to the letter, and readjusted things so I have a 5 second gameboot, at around 670kb. I do the conversion process (using the UMD Tools) and it dosen't convert the sound.
Plus, all I get is the white screen of NOTHING. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? here's the original .avi I was working with (if anyone can get this to work I'll love you forever) or if there is something I need to edit in flash0 or flash1 to make it work properly? It's all part of my mega Warcraft Warlock theme...

(looks 100x better and not so washed out on the PSP)
