Hi, i have 3.10 firmware PSP which i downloaded from the offcial site of psp. Now i want to play homebrew games/programs. Am i able to downgrade my psp?
If so, what is this custom firmware everyone is talking about. Also, what is this OE-A? Why are there so many different types of firmwares?

There is no downgrader for 3.10 yet, so here is what you do - sit in a corner, play the games you have, and DO NOT UPGRADE EVER AGAIN. In time a downgrader will probably come out, but not if you keep upgrading.

I upgraded when i first got my psp, and i had to wait about 6 months before i could get down to 1.5...but that was before the golden age of homebrew...you might be waiting a while.
