This is my first attempt at PSX emulation, though not my first work with homebrew. Forgive me if these are simple questions, but I've searched around and haven't found a solution so I figured I'd ask..

Anyway, I've got FFVII in eboot form in three folders named Card1 Card2 and Card3. Each has its own eboot and keys.bin and a number of other files like PMT-ff71.r00 etc. I'm running 3.03-OEC.

I've loaded Card1 eboot, keys and other files to both Game and Game150 folders and can't seem to get it to launch. When in the Game150 folder I do get an icon and can attempt to launch, but after an initial screen of text I get a "cannot start game" error.

I know that I'm probably doing something wrong that should be fairly obvious, but after numerous attempts and moving various files around in different folders, I'm just frustrated.

Can anyone help?

It's obvious that you downloaded the game, so I don't think you are going to get much help here.
