PlayStation 3 owners can relive the glory days of the arcade cabinet when Joust launches on the PlayStation Network tomorrow afternoon as part of the Sony's latest wave of downloadable content for the big black box.

Originally released in 1982, Joust casts players as an ostrich-bound knight battling lava trolls, pterodactyls and hordes of enemy jousters. The Midway title will keep the classic platforming action and add an online multiplayer mode and leaderboards to track scores.

Bring it on ... again.

Look for Joust to carry a $4.99 price tag.

Bah, $5 is about £2.50 yes?

That is actully quite expencive for a crappy game like that.

yea your telling me... I am always a sucker for these things though! I am a little pissed that all the old games they keep putting back out seem are not full screen. They should have adjusted resized it. I hate black borders and more then that I hate these stupid borders that try and add something to nothing.
