The ditching of Microsoft Points has led to a re-launch for Microsoft’s Xbox Live Rewards offer.
OXM (http://www.oxm.co.uk/61426/xbox-live-rewards-programme-relaunched-detailed/) reports that players will now earn what are called Reward Credits by completing an array of tasks. These include renewing your Xbox Live subscription, completing surveys or playing a new game for at least ten hours within its first month of release.
Those who earn 5,000 Reward Credits will see them translated into account credit. 5,000 Credits equates to £3.35 in the UK.
