Epson sucks guys.
I bought thier printer cx54000 2 years ago. Then it just stopped working a year later. I thought I f***ed it up. I kept it anyway because it still scans, but doesnt print. Then, just right know I went to this site http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/forums/printer/31409
Thousands of the same problem I had. So, I warn you guys not to buy epson printers. Get HP.

I've owned 3 Epson printers, and I haven't had a problem with any of them.
A C42UX, CX4600, and a PHOTO 925. All 3 still work just fine.

HP are the best? Well i must have got one fluffed HP. It chews paper up, jams, tells me thiers no ink left but i can print lyk 20 more things after etc. Are we talking about the same product?

Me 2. I bought a HP PSC 1610 all-in-one and it tells me that I have a paper jam, cartridge jam ect. Although I still like it. The quality is really nice.

I like cannon printers, I have used HP in the past too. Both very good printers.
My Dad used to own a Epson inkjet printer, it broke randomly after about 2 months of use, so yes i agree they suck.

wouldnt it be nice if all printers used a single cartridge format? my HP A3 will cost over £300 to replace the ink...

It costs that much just to replace the ink? Why would an individual purchase a printer that accepts such an expensive ink replacement?

Yeah, thats the thing with Lexmark printers.
Dirt cheap to buy, but ink is so expencive.
But £300 and a expencive printer. Madness.
