I hate how they're being called "lightguns" - they're just crappy plastic shells for the Wiimote to sit in. That's all.

And what's up with this "works on all TVs" "feature"? What does the plastic shell have to do with anything? The Wiimote interacts with the sensor bar.

I love how companies have to resort to poor and misleading marketing to try to sell shitty products.

The wiimote is "something like the NES Zapper".

It's actually a significantly improved marriage of the original light gun and the power glove bundled into one slim controller.

Its a double edged sword really. Create a crappy looking piece of plastic, let the marketing department go crazy and wait for the mockery.

Or...

Create an amazingly realistic looking 357 Magnum type device and wait for some 8 year old kid to get shot when he's waving it around on the way to a gaming fest at a friends house.
