Nevermind, i got it working ^_^

now i cant get a lock. oh well. :(

I had this problem before. What I did was use KeyCleaner and fixed my ID Storage then I fixed my USBHostFS and now it's working. Google both of those or read the FAQ they have it.

mine was a stupid reason, i was using the Hodex eboot, not the psp 290 eboot
