submitting news

why is it that sometimes when i post news.
it gets moved after like 5 seconds of me posting it.
but other times, it takes like a day to get it moved?

Before i was made a news poster i used to get that problem quite abit, and myself have prob done it to a few people already. ITs just the way the cookie crumbles i guess.
