Is there such a program like the windows-task-manager for the psp? I don't mean the ability of starting and closing apps, but some graphs that show you the cpu load and memory usage. This would be really helpful for homebrew programmers to check whether they are running out of memory or cpu etc.

Wouldn't that sort of program use memory and cpu processes? I'm sure it could be done, but it wouldn't be as useful as you hoped it would be.

Homebrew developers make their own "task manager", they don't need an already made one ;).
