Are these released for the Dreamcast?

I knew years ago they made a official Karaoke GD-Rom but did it use the Karaoke add-on thats posted below or the mic cause i never seen or heard of this add-on. Also the zip drive looks pretty amazing. I grabbed the pics from http://djky2k3.tripod.com/id16.html where they have all types of interesting mods.

Yeah they should have i think it would have been a good buy. Basically for people like me who have so many homebrew games that need to be saved but cant cause i have all my commercial game saved from VMU backup Disk used on all 3 of my vmu's. Which means i also have to purchase more VMU's sad i wouldnt have to if they made the Zip Disk .
