PokedexPSP is now released. Although I've finished it a week ago, I haven't had time to pack it up and release.

Information:

Turn your PSP into a Pokedex now! With PokedexPSP, you can view all 386 Pokemon locations,statistic,TM/HM moves,Egg moves and Move lists!
(Currently supports Fire Red/ Leaf Green)

Controls:

Dpad Left/Right - Scroll Pokemon
Dpad Left/Right + Square - Skip 10 Pokemon
L/R trigger - Menu scroll
Dpad Down/Up - Scroll screen (Moves list/TMHM only)

Think about it this way: If you're playing Ruby or Diamond on your NDS, wouldn't it be perfect to have a readily-available PokeDex on your PSP right beside you?

yes i agree that diamond and pearl would be the best next release. and it does come in very handy for those of us that do have both PSP and NDS (mine r both homebrew ready!) PSP 3.40OE-A+2GIGs MS and Supercard SD Lite+Passme+1GIG MicroSD

ya and its not obvious at all that people are playing pokemon on their psp's

diamond and pearl pokemon are dumb - they dont look like pokemon, most look like people/mr mimes... just keep to the original 151....those are the best and always will be

Forgot to add, Dpad down/up scrolls down when the moves list or TM/HM list is displayed, since they're too big.

Just a few 'suggestions':

1) A menu, to navigate through Pokémon names with speed. i.e. I don't know what Pokémon number Snorlax is, but I would like to know about it. (please don't everyone start telling me what number Snorlax is, this is just an example as to why a menu would be helpful)

2) Changing the viewed Pokémon takes quite a while, making navigation very slow (a menu could help here too)

3) This is more a personal thing and I know it would take a lot of tedious data entry that you probably don't care about, but I never really followed Pokémon beyond the original Red and Blue generation, so it might be nice to able to select the game series information you wish to view ... an alternative would be for users to make/edit their own MTZ files if this is possible.

I know, I just thought, in response to my third suggestion of having game-series specific information, that it would be easier on you if people could make their own MTZ files to contain the information they would like.

There's a known bug, it freezes after loading several Pokemon. I'll work on it later.

I agree with MGFox. I was actually about to post those exact suggestions until I saw he had already posted them. And of course the last addition would be to add the other 113 pokemon added in Diamond/Pearl. I could deal with less detailed entries, but IMHO, you should at least update the locations for all the regions.

Which information specifically? The D/P Pokedex book has been on store shelves for some time (in the usa anyway, if you live elsewere), or you can go here: www.serebii.net
