icepick (http://www.dreamcast-scene.com/community/viewtopic.php?p=12319#12319) from Dreamcast-Scene just found on Raiden 4 website (http://raiden.mossjp.co.jp/raiden4/arcade/opiniondemand.html) a poll asking about which console the game should be ported. And one of the options is the Dreamcast!
Since the website is japanese, icepick translated the poll and you can select and write correctly.
