Mugen is played on PC. Mugen to my knowledge has not been perfected on consoles and portables. Since Mugen isn't opensource it makes it difficult to get the best build out on PSP.

Mugen is one of the best PC games around.

I wondered this myself. I guess it was a mistake on the creators part. He even goes SSJ5 in the game. At that point its almost impossible to kill him. He's presumed to be one of the strongest mugen characters.

Anyone have SSJ5 goku, iv been looking everywhere for him. Ill be willing to trade if anyone would like.

he comes with a normal.def and a boss.def. the boss.def can not be beaten the only char that can beat him is broly ssj4 (using the ssj5 trance formation).

mugen is a 2d fighting engine that allows you to play with almost any fighting character imaginable. You name it they probably have the character and then some.

Mugen is on PSP, theres Shugendo, Openmugen, and InfinityCat. InfinityCat is the furthest in development but you still can't do much with it.

there rare because the site there hosted on shuts down or the download link breaks so you cant download them any more so after that the only way you can get rare chars is from othere people who downloaded the char before the D-link broke.

None of those characters are rare dude, a whole cast of Simpson's characters can easily be found on Google. Also Metal Sonic (aka: Mecha Sonic) isn't rare, Sonic characters aren't rare. Glacius as in the one from Killer Instinct is about the rarest on the list, though I have it in 3 M.U.G.E.N. character packs. Gambit is in the Marvel pack which contains 35 characters, and Jill Valentine is in the Mugen Ultimate Collection pack.

In fact none of the M.U.G.E.N. characters are rare, unless there is a new character, but new characters get spread around quite quickly.
