How can I create railway map for Sydney?

Can anyone suggest how I can make a railway (subway) map, or import/change the PDF one I have, into MapThis for Sydney Aus users?

thanks alot. I gave it a shot, but the map I was trying to convert wasn't suitable.

I found a KML with every NSW, Aus, railway station, so fortunately that solved my prob.
