Hello, first time poster, so I feel like a complete noob, but I hope to gain some insight.

I have a 3.03 oe-c PSP running the no-gps eboot. the program boots fine, I can see the map list, and I can load the included example maps. but it refuses to load the custom maps that I made with GMDL.

For the most part I followed the tutorial found on the main news page. The folder contains the GPSFS files and it looks fine and when I try to load my maps, the memory card light blinks indefinably (as far as I can tell). But the psp doesn't lock, I can still get back to the main menu without a hard boot.

I've tried this with a tiny map as well thinking it might be the load time for the larger map, but doing so produced the same results.

Help is appreciated. This is a really cool app and I hope to get it working

I think you have an old version of mapThis!

You can bring it on by extracting GPSFS, but this is a very bad solution because big maps need several days then to get onto your memstick!

I recommend to upgrade to 3.30 OE-A and install the newest mapThis!-Version 4.99 ...

You can get the files in my other post right here:

Awesome, thanks a bunch. I found a 4.99 version and used the holux eboot and it worked like a charm....

4.99 was hard to find, might make it easier with a sticky somewhere on this board :)
