If he lost his account due to a keylogger or someone knowing his password there is no way to get it back. Unless he has set recovery questions.

I used to be a right runescape nerd, i could give you my accounts but i dont wanna :D

Don't worry. I have a solution. Just play some CS and you'll forget all about Runescape.

Also, just look on google for "free runescape accounts" or go to an IRC channel for the game (if there is one).
