RPG uses new game engine codenamed Panta Rhei to create procedurally generated dungeons
Capcom’s fantasy RPG for PS4 will be free-to-play, it has revealed.
The title was first revealed during Sony’s PS4 reveal in February as a PS4 exclusive, developed by Street Fighter creator Yoshinori Ono.
Deep Down also uses Capcom’s new game engine codenamed Panta Rhei.
An open Beta for the title is being planned for February near the PS4’s launch in Japan.
The RPG, which supports four-player multiplayer online, takes place in New York during 2094, and tasks players with defeating monsters such as dragons through a series of procedurally generated dungeons.
