Run homebrew on 3.XX firmware! Up to 3.50!

Yesterday, the Noobz team discovered a method to run a simple Hello World homebrew on ANY PSP firmware! ANY FIRMWARE! At the moment, there's no playable homebrew, but this means that within the next couple days, or weeks, a downgrader for PSP's up to 3.50 could easily be done!
