Nintendo is planning to release a new Kirby game in 2014 on 3DS as the corporation looks to maintain the momentum of its successful handheld.
Though its official name was not disclosed, on Tuesday Nintendo issued a trailer of the side-scrolling platformer playing on a 3DS screen, closing it with a message stating it would ship in 2014.

The previous major Kirby game was the 20th Anniversary collection on Wii, released in 2012.
