Atari 800 emulator for Nintendo DS?

Do you think that someone can port Atari 800 emulator to Nintendo DS?
It's very simple to run homebrews in this handheld and there is already a Commodore 64 emulator.

I haven't any DS so i can't port it by myself, but yes it should not be hard to port since 2600 and ST are already running on DS ...
