First Ultimate Mortal Kombat gameplay trailer

We've seen screenshots from Ultimate Mortal Kombat on DS already, but this is the first time we've seen the game in motion - eyes right for brutal handheld beat-'em-up action. Oh, and, ah, Puzzle Kombat.

At UMK's beating heart lies a port of the Mortal Kombat 3 arcade machine, and the news that the DS game features online play has whipped up excitement. It's due out November - enjoy the trailer.

I'm not sure how those screenshots could look more fake :/

The actual gameplay 'screenshot' in #3 is the dead giveaway. If you look at the borders of the sprites, the colors are blended with the background (check out Scorpion's legs), showing the images were just resized down, and the person screwed up and let it use a filter method other than Nearest Neighbor/etc :(

The mismatched 'SCORE' font in the constructed PK shots don't help the case either. :P

Well it looks fake but I hope it is real!

No they aren't fake, but the game is just stared in development :)

So even the movie is not real! :)
(those are just movies from UMK3 Snes and Genesis version!!! Look carefully to the names of the players.. sometimes it's IN the health bar, sometimes its UNDER the health bar :P)
