http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2013/10/google-glass-mass-transit_620x340.jpgGoogle Glass (http://www.engadget.com/2013/04/30/google-glass-review/) owners have long had walking directions; as of an update rolling out today, they're getting mass transit directions as well. Commuters who've paired Glass with an Android phone can now see both the stops they'll need and the time it will take to reach their destination. While mass transit navigation is the only major addition this month, it represents one of the practical updates in recent (http://www.engadget.com/2013/09/09/google-glass-update-adds-vignettes/) memory (http://www.engadget.com/2013/08/12/google-glass-updates/) -- we know at least one subway-hopping Google executive (http://techcrunch.com/2013/01/21/sergey-brin-dons-google-glass-dresses-like-an-international-jewel-thief-for-nyc-subway-ride/) who would approve.
