New update of the Nintendo DS emulator (http://www.desmume.org/) for Windows, Linux, MAC.

- opengl improvements. [masscat]
general:
- Added support for setting NDS firmware language value. [masscat]
- Function added for setting firmware language. [masscat]

- Fix compilation when pkg-config macros are not available

Yeah, its like the only working emulator for Linux without using WINE. I could never get this to work under Windows though... :(
