Emulator Help!

I am new to the PSP homebrew stuff and I was just wondering if anyone will help me with Getting a GBA and/or PSX emulator. If any one will link a site or just kinda tell me how to. I have Firmware 3.30

Btw you need a copy of Lunimes the game in order to downgrade
