Anyone got any UK maps for this, or where can i get them???

it does work with all custom 3.xx firmwares out there. To make it work with PSP-290 get PSP-290 version and install it in /PSP/GAME3XX folder, where XX is your FW sub number. You do need to get/extract 2 required .prx files for your firmware.
Check the FAQ for details

yea i'm on 3.40oea. place it in your /PSP/GAME340 like what deniska said and get your 3.40 prx. it should be working then.

I read this, but I dont know how to put those prx files on my psp

Q: So, what's the deal with prx files?...
A: PSP-290 version requires usbacc.prx and usbgps.prx modules to be present in the program's directory. I can't distribute those modules, since they are intelectual property of Sony. There is some evidence that the latest firmwares encrypt the modules in sucj ways that they cannot be used on different PSPs. So your best bet is "extract" the module from the 3.xx firmware update using the appropriate psar dumper (following link has details: http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/sho...=49838&page=10)
