i need help playing psx games on psp

ok, my psp is version 3.51, and i need to know if there is a possible way to play psx games on my psp

plz for the love of god plz...

i would like a step-by-step guide, from where i am rite now(3.51) th=at would result in me playing psx games on my psp(prefferably FFIX, seeing i alredy have the img file or w/e)

It's not possible since 3.51 doesn't have any downgraders at this point in time. If you have a lower version(<3.51), you can downgrade to 1.5 and then install an OE firmware which has the ability to run PSX games using Sony's official PSX emulator.

I have 3.40 OE. how do I go about getting pSX games on my PC. As far as I can see they are all about 300mb?

we cant talk about ripping iso's here id suggest searching on google for "iso ripper" or something along those lines assuming you own the games :)

sorry original poster if its the official 3.51 firmware you have and not a custom one you'r stuck best advice is to not update the firmware at all and wait for a later one to get cracked
