i have a map that is about 97mb and is it normal for it to take a long time to load after choosing that map

No, it should load in 3-4 seconds. It probably chrashes then. If it loads a LONG time (led is blinking MUCH) your map/prx or gps failes to load. Or the mapthis eboot is corrupt.

Now I have the same problem even though it was working yesterday. Ever since i changed the speedfix. I've also tried loading a 9MB map and no luck. Any advice..........anyone?

edit: Nevermind, i figured it out, i guess speedfix can't be more than 100, i changed it to 99 and all works again.

PS - props to Deniska for creating a wicked app, to which i wiil test on my trip driving across Canada from edmonton AB to winnipeg MB
