SCEP is now GPL

I am busy but still kept working on SCEP series, I have said that they are open source follow GPL License..
Now source of SCX and SCM are available, u can just check out them like this

P.S. as u know, I couldnt update them as soon as before because there lacks free time for me, If anybody want to work with me together on SCEP project just contact me. ^_^

SCEP is awesome! Hopefully this will speed up updates and make this even better.
