for me, PLZKLLME0080 (pronounced "please kill me double-O-eighty") , my freinds and I were always playing each other at Halo 2. i needed to make a "dummy" character that would just stand there so i could get the feel of different weapoons and stuff when there was no one else to practice with. i named him "plz kill me." If you cant figure out why i named him that you are retarded. and as for the "0080" when i was around 6 or 7 years old James Bond was my favorite movie series. so instead of 007 i was 0080. It eventually evolved into the name i have now.

everyone thinks it's my initials but they are way off. i've explained before. actually there was another thread like this, long ago, but hey i love telling my awesome story! (also pronounce the name just as the letters, g-d-f) oh and it shouldn't really be capitalised as everyone seems to love doing (you know, "hey GDF")

anyway, i was about 7 years old, and got rogue squadron for my n64 (which i bought the other day for a few quid on ebay incidentally, the first time i have played it in 5 years since i got rid of my original 64*sob*) and i couldn't work the name wheel to enter my initials. i accidentally came out with gdf, which i have just used ever since (i had that file on RS for 3 YEARS, so no wonder it stuck). what a name, an acidental and original one that is mine and mine alone (except people with the initials gdf, who are gay).

my original name was 1timeuser. I'm not sure why zion thought it would be a good idea to register with that name and buy a domain by that name, but I concider it a tribute to me because I kick so much ass!

I register to this day 1timeuser on sites or forums where I want to make one comment or ask one question because that way surely in a couple of months while they are cleaning out the user list they will notice me and delete my name. Thing is I joined DCemu to post a compatibility list of chankast (which was later removed), but I enjoyed the community so much I stuck around.

I changed my nick to Captain Awesome because I was bored with that name, but a lot of people missed my old name so I changed it to Cap'n 1time. My irc alias is lxuser because you cant have a numeral as the first character in an IRC name and ltimeuser was too long.
