I cant connect to satellites. I have been driving a lot today and nothing, I went to a big open field and no satellites, nothing. Tell me if i did something wrong.

First i open the map:

Then it opens:

Then I press square to turn on gps:

Then I press start, set to 222mhz, and press GPS Info:

Then this screen comes on and stays like this (nothing changes).

Am I doing something wrong?

Assuming that you run correct (psp-290) version of mapThis, this could be due to following things:
1)bad psp-290 unit (check and see if mapplus iso is showing some satellites on gps info screen
2)bad connection with psp -make sure the contacts are clean and the nut is locked tight
3)you run a board that needs a usb patch (check faq for instructions)

Hi Deniska. Thanks for the reply.

I've tried going through the FAQ and Forum and can't find what I'm looking for.

Does anyone have a link?

Cheers,
Bruce
