I was very happy after reading the chapter The Princes Tale. I always had faith in Snape to do his part for good in the end. I was almost positive he was still on the good side after reading the chapter where he killed Dumbledore. I knew Dumbledore was not the kind of man to beg for his life, i always felt he was begging for Snape to finish him.
On to a question though... In the chapter The Prince's Tale in reference to Igor Karkaroff fleeing Snape says "no i am not such a coward". Dumbledore replys with "no your a braver man by far" and then " i sometimes think we sort too soon..."
Was Dumbledore referring to the sorting hat and how he felt snapes character represented more of a Gryffindor than a Slytherin?
